Play a key role in enhancing the RBA's Work Health & Safety Systems.
Join a small, high‐performing Safety & Wellbeing team on a 2‐year fixed‐term contract, with hybrid working.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation of actions identified in the ISO * gap analysis.
Review, develop and standardise WHS policies, procedures and system documentation.
Align the WHSMS with ISO * principles and Comcare Self‐Insurance requirements.
Establish governance, assurance, audit and management review processes.
Coordinate the internal audit and corrective action programs.
Engage and influence leaders and stakeholders to embed system improvements.
Monitor progress against project milestones and provide reporting to Comcare.
Success Outcomes
The impact of your work will enable the Bank to have a WHS Management System aligned with ISO * principles, readiness for the initial Comcare Self‐Insurance audit, embedded governance and continuous improvement processes, and an enhanced organisational capability to maintain and improve WHS performance.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline.




Significant experience in WHS management systems, governance and compliance.
Strong working knowledge of ISO * and contemporary WHS practices.
Experience managing organisational change and improvement programmes.
Robust project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with Comcare or self‐insurance frameworks.
