Range Event Hire is the premier events company in Toowoomba dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. We specialise in delivering and erecting marquees for events, ensuring every occasion is executed with precision and excellence.

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure seamless event preparation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve operational excellence.
- Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, packing, and equipment maintenance.
- Promote a team culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure all hire equipment is clean, organised, and prepared for each event.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, Site Foreman, and Yard Supervisor to coordinate event logistics.
- Track and maintain inventory to avoid shortages and equipment issues.
- Assist with truck loading/unloading and ensure safe transportation of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all event hire items.
- Ensure Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards are met at all times.
- Monitor and enforce proper PPE use and safety procedures.
- Identify and report any hazards,



defects, or necessary repairs.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Participate in daily meetings with the Foreman and Operations Manager.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock, maintenance, and repairs.
- Plan ahead to ensure equipment availability for upcoming events.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in event logistics, warehousing, or equipment hire
- Forklift Licence & MR Truck Licence (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
