Dad & Dave's Brewing is a growing contract beverage manufacturer producing beer, RTDs, soft drinks, kombucha, energy drinks and functional beverages for some of Australia's fastest-growing brands.

We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Production & Packaging Hand to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working across our two production sites, primarily assisting with the packaging of finished products. You'll work as part of our production team to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Packing finished products into cartons and onto pallets.
- Operating and assisting with packaging equipment.
- Labelling, date coding and carrying out quality checks.
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for storage and dispatch.
- Loading, unloading and moving stock using a forklift.
- Receiving and storing raw materials and packaging.
- General warehouse and production duties.
- Cleaning and maintaining production and warehouse areas.
- Following HACCP, food safety and workplace safety procedures.




- Working across our two production facilities as required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A current Forklift (LF) License – Essential.
- Experience in beverage production, breweries, food manufacturing, warehousing or other manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Experience working within HACCP or food safety systems (highly regarded).
- A current driver's license and reliable transport.
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to perform repetitive manual handling and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
