Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care service in the ACT. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, while maintaining a solid focus on individual goals and holistic practice.

You will collaborate with medical staff, families and an interdisciplinary team to advocate for resident well-being. The role requires a current nursing registration with AHPRA, adaptability and compassionate leadership.
