The Lillywhite hotel group is Family-run hotel group with Hotels in Charters Towers Mareeba and Townsville. Our hotel group is recruiting Trade qualified chefs or experienced cooks, for our Hotel Kitchens, specifically our Townsville Venues specifically our venues across Townsville including The Hotel Stuart, Riverview Tavern, Bohle Barn and the Bushland Beach Hotel

The position will suit candidates looking for causal or full-time employment with the casual position offering three to four days a week or full time offering four days a week with three rostered days off, shifts will be straight through from 10.30am to 8.30pm, allowing you to have the best work life balance possible

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills qualities and capabilities:

trade Industry Qualification in Commercial Cookery





if not, trade qualified a minimum of 2-3 years industry experience

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or food handling certificate

Be able to work in and assist in all areas of the kitchen

Assist the Head Chef in the general day to day running of the Kitchen

Ability to work under pressure.
