NDIS compliance & coordination assistant

We are looking for a proactive NDIS Quality & Compliance Officer / Support Coordination Assistant to join our team in Wickham. If you love transforming complex frameworks into practical, empowering processes for frontline staff, you’ll fit right in.

We are seeking Compliance Officer that has;

A practical knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and audit expectations

Enjoys working with systems, processes, and structured ways of delivering work, and takes pride in doing things properly

Enjoys problem-solving and translating complex compliance requirements into clear, practical actions for providers

Brings high personal standards, solid attention to detail, and a genuine sense of responsibility for client outcomes

Genuinely enjoys working closely with businesses, building relationships, and seeing providers succeed, mature, and thrive over time

Is proactive, self-managed, and motivated by delivering consistently high-quality work as part of a team

As a Support Coordinator Assistant ,



you will be;

Providing administrative support to Support Coordinators.

Assisting with the implementation of NDIS plans under the guidance of a Support Coordinator.

Liaising with participants, families, carers, and service providers to support communication and follow-up.

Preparing documentation, reports, service agreements, and participant records.

Maintaining accurate case notes and ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with NDIS requirements.

Monitoring participant service bookings and assisting with follow-up actions.

Helping participants connect with community and mainstream supports as directed.

Escalating participant concerns or complex matters to the supervising Support Coordinator.

Supporting participants to achieve their goals while promoting choice, independence, and capacity building.
