We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Your main focus will be speaking with customers, preparing quotes, following up opportunities and helping customers find the right solution.

Your main focus will be speaking with customers, preparing quotes, following up opportunities and helping customers find the right solution.

Responsibilities

- Respond to phone, email and website enquiries
- Prepare quotes and follow up customers
- Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to sale
- Keep customer information up to date
- Work closely with production and operations
- Deliver excellent customer service

About You





You'll ideally have:

- Sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail

Experience with HubSpot, MYOB, Asana or Shopify would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

Experience with social media or digital marketing is also a bonus but not essential.
