Head of Growth – Quantity Surveying Sydney

A leading commercial and cost consultancy is seeking an experienced Head of Growth – Quantity Surveying to drive business development and strategic growth across Australia.

This is a unique opportunity for an Associate Director or Director-level Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of winning work, building long-term client relationships, and growing revenue. While this is predominantly a business development role, a solid technical Quantity Surveying background is essential to provide credibility with clients and identify commercial opportunities.

The Role

- Lead the growth strategy for the Quantity Surveying and Commercial Advisory business.
- Generate new business and develop strategic client relationships.
- Leverage your existing industry network to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, proposals, presentations, and tenders.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Represent the business across the industry and contribute to its continued growth.

About You





- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
- Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level within a PQS, Cost Management, or Commercial Advisory consultancy.
- Strong technical Quantity Surveying expertise with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- A proven work winner with an established industry network and a history of developing new business.
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to a senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building relationships as much as delivering technical advice. You'll have the autonomy to shape the firm's growth strategy, work with major clients across infrastructure, property, energy, defence, and data centres, and be rewarded for the commercial success you deliver.
