Join our growing, multi-branch public practice accounting firm as a Client Services Officer. Based in Noosa Heads, you will coordinate workflow and administration processes across our three regional offices, ensuring seamless client onboarding, compliance, and billing. This is a fast-paced, central support role offering flexible arrangement options for the right candidate.

Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week - maximum 37.5 hours - no overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management : Proactively chase missing client information and documents, ensuring jobs are ready for our tax accountants.
Client Onboarding & AML : Facilitate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) support services and identity verification.
Compliance Tracking: Follow up on signed tax returns and engagements to ensure smooth lodgment.
Debtors & Billing: Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with debtors management.
Corporate Secretarial: Maintain ASIC annual return compliance, corporate registry updates, and general client database maintenance.
About You
Proven experience in a client services or administration role within Public Practice tax accounting.
Hands-on proficiency with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), FYI Docs, and BGL software suite.
Direct experience using NowInfinity or similar for corporate registry and ASIC compliance tasks.
Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders across our three office locations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
