As a Holiday manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding impeccable standards of property presentation and guest services and fostering strong relationships with our valued property owners. We're in search of candidates who possess a unique blend of real estate acumen, hospitality expertise, and a genuine dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all aspects of property management, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping quality checks, maintenance, and relations with tradespersons.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and holiday rental property owners, facilitating effective communication and promptly addressing maintenance needs and potential concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections/quality checks to uphold company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for all rental properties,



prioritising tasks based on urgency and their impact on the guest experience.
- Nurture a small portfolio of well-presented and maintained properties from Cairns City to Smithfield
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently resolve guest and property-related issues
- Assist with emergency guest and property situations, ensuring prompt resolution and communication.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a hotel/hospitality role.
- Experience in either property management or hotel/hospitality is acceptable to meet our requirements.
- Passion for a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem-solving mentality and open to continuous improvement
- Australian driver’s license, reliable car and mobile phone.
- Must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship for work eligibility.
