Core Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Department to maximize finance penetration and value-added product sales.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and standards of professionalism.
