We’re looking for a Quest Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to join our Collingwood office. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be part of a team that truly values its people.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Executing and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, advertising, events and internal communication channels to drive brand awareness and commercial outcomes.

- Developing campaign briefs, creative assets, communications, promotional materials and property toolkits that align with Quest brand standards and support consistent execution across the network.

- Managing national partnership campaigns, activations, events and promotional initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with partners, suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.





- Providing marketing support and guidance to Quest franchise properties, including local area marketing opportunities, campaign implementation and brand compliance.

- Monitoring campaign performance, maintaining strong governance processes and delivering reporting and optimisation recommendations to maximise engagement and return on investment.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing, campaign management, brand partnerships or communications, preferably within a multi-site, franchise or hospitality environment.

- Robust project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing marketing content, campaign materials and stakeholder communications across various channels.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees, partners, agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- A keen eye for detail and brand consistency, supported by analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
