We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role provides hands‑on support across website marketing, e‑commerce, content management, and day‑to‑day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Website & E-commerce Management (Primary Responsibility)

Take ownership of the Banter Toys website, ensuring all product information, imagery and content is accurate, current and presented to the highest standard.

Manage all website content including new product uploads, product copy, imagery, customer account setup and ongoing website maintenance.

Own and manage product listings across major retailer e‑commerce platforms, ensuring product information is accurate, consistent and optimised for online performance and SEO.

Create, edit and maintain product copy that aligns with brand guidelines and supports online sales.

Respond promptly to retailer requests for product information, marketing assets and digital content.

Marketing Operations & Department Support

Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Department and assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Respond to internal Sales Team requests relating to website updates, new customer accounts and marketing support.

Provide general support to the Marketing Department as business needs require.

Digital Asset & Content Management

Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library, including product imagery, retailer assets,



catalogue content and photography.

Complete weekly administrative tasks including running website reports, capturing catalogue images, and more.

Assist with photography and basic image editing using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or appropriate software.

Events & Trade Marketing

Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows and marketing events.

Assist with coordinating product samples, sales lists and event materials.

Attend and provide on‑site support at the Australian Toy Hobby & Licensing Fair.

Product Knowledge

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Banter Toys' trading card, collectibles and licensed toy portfolio to effectively support retailers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and 2+ years in a Marketing role.

High level of computer literacy, using MS Office Suite, SAP, plus additional software.

Ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and is able to perform basic tasks such as image cropping.

Ideal candidate has experience with SEO.
