About the Role

As aMining Production Supervisor, you'll be a key leader within our operations team, driving production performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your role includes:

- Leading and managing all aspects of mine production execution
- Coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production targets
- Allocating tasks and managing shift rosters to deliver mine plan outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement across operations and workflow
- Supervising and coaching your team to ensure safe, effective shift execution
- Contributing to commercial and strategic site outcomes

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 3 years’ experiencein a supervisory role within mining
- Solid leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Commitment to safety and fostering a positive team culture
- National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (incl. drug & alcohol testing)
