Pathfinders is seeking a Full Time Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) House Manager based in Tamworth. The ITC House Manager will lead a small team of therapeutic youth workers to deliver Out of Home Care services in a domiciliary, therapeutic setting for Children and Young People in care.

The role requires knowledge of Aboriginal communities and cultural connections, advocacy on behalf of Aboriginal young people and families, and building robust relationships with Aboriginal agencies to support
