As our Energy division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Energy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the rapidly expanding EV and energy infrastructure sector, coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance works for clients across Australia.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting prospect for a highly organised and customer-focused Energy Maintenance Coordinator to support the delivery of preventative maintenance programs, EV charger maintenance, reactive service requests and project rollouts.

Working closely with our Energy Maintenance Manager, you'll coordinate trades, subcontractors and clients to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance works across our Energy portfolio.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and subcontractors while ensuring client KPIs and service levels are achieved.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and work requests from clients, trades and suppliers.
- Monitor work orders from commencement through to completion,



ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, field staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review contractor compliance documentation including licences, insurances and SWMS.
- Assist with contractor onboarding and site-specific inductions.
- Monitor daily job progress through our maintenance management systems and provide timely updates.
- Escalate operational issues and customer feedback to the Energy Maintenance Manager.
- Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, facilities maintenance or a similar operational role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors or field technicians.
- Proven ability to work within KPI-driven environments.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience using maintenance management systems.




- Experience with TSM or similar job management software will be highly regarded.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
