About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Box Hill South office in Victoria. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of diamond tools and solutions to existing and prospective customers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success whilst developing your career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, pursue and secure new sales opportunities within your allocated territory or customer base
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present and demonstrate diamond tool products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and sales documentation in a timely manner
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst maintaining company profitability targets
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients to ensure they select the most appropriate solutions for their requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions,



sales activities and pipeline developments using the company CRM system
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions with clients and internal teams as required
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales is prefered but not necessary, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, construction or tools sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of technical products or industrial processes is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
