About the role

This role reports to the Senior Education and Training Pharmacist. This role is responsible for supporting the provision, review and delivery of supervisory and education programs for students, interns, residents, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at Eastern Health Pharmacy Department.

About you

- Sound knowledge and understanding of all relevant aspects of hospital pharmacy
- Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated ability to deliver education and training within a Learning and Teaching framework and philosophy
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A robust commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills





Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.

Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
