Purpose / Main area of Responsibilities

The main focus of the Parts Interpreter role is the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers.

Key job functions & Accountabilities

- Identifying parts and components
- Customer service including over-the-counter sales and phone enquiries
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Receiving and filling orders for partsMaintain safe working environment, and adhere to WH&S; guidelines
- Assist in keeping the Parts department clean, well organised, and up to date.
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures, including stock-take.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- Qualifications as a Parts Interpreterand/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Technical parts knowledge in the automotive field
- Customer Service focused
- Effective time management skills, attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively as part of a team and unsupervised




- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Commitment to Toyota’s goals and operational standards.

Current valid Queensland Manual drivers licence

The successful applicant will be given a detailed induction program and ongoing training will be provided.
