Eight Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager to take ownership of a growing multi-site fitness group, expanding beyond 15 locations. You will translate vision into disciplined execution, build robust systems, and lead with clarity across operations, commercial, finance and people.

Reporting to the owners, you will oversee 10–15 active projects, drive membership growth and EBITDA, establish reporting rhythms and develop Area Managers and Club Managers.
