WesTrac is seeking an experienced MARC Manager to lead a major Maintenance and Repair Contract operation across key NSW mining customers. You will be responsible for safety, operational and financial performance, and for leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex mining setting.

Reporting to the Regional Manager - Hunter Valley, you will own contract health, fleet reliability and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and strategic partnerships with customers.
