Supportive team with a Permanent Practice Manager, 2 reception staff, and 2 nurses

Take on a rewarding locum role at a well-established private billing medical centre with a focus on skin cancer care, located in the Greater Hobart, Tasmania. As a Locum GP, you’ll be supported by a team of experienced general practitioners, skin cancer doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, all dedicated to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.





Locum Dates

- Shifts are available now until February 2026, with GPs needed for a minimum commitment of 1 – 2 months at 0.8 FTE (4 days per week, with the option to increase to 5).

About the Role

- Practice Type: Private Billing
- Standard Consult: $111; Long Consult: $197
- Dates: Immediate – February 2026. At least 1 – 2-month placement minimum.
- Rate: $160 per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period.
- Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
- Inclusions: Accommodation if not based in Tasmania
- Software: Best Practice
