Royal Motor Yacht Club Newport invites applications for a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and help shape elevated dining, events and providore offerings as part of our redevelopment. You will mentor kitchen staff, oversee hygiene, stock rotation and ordering while ensuring high-quality food and service.
Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef, this permanent full-time role offers a collaborative team setting, with opportunities for growth as the venue expands in 2026.
