We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at PASO Medical in Frankston, VIC. As a full-time Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and friendly patient services, ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Managing the front desk and greeting patients in a warm and qualified manner

Managing patient appointments, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations

Collecting patient information, updating medical records and maintaining confidentiality

Handling telephone enquiries, booking appointments and relaying messages to the medical team

Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing payments, filing, photocopying and data entry

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

Providing exceptional customer service to patients and building positive relationships

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients of all backgrounds





Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using medical practice software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Genie and Clinic to Cloud is preferred but not essential

Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, professional and discreet manner when handling sensitive patient information

A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team
