Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a growing construction team ahead of a $16M education project now commencing later this year.
You will work with the Project Manager across the full contractual lifecycle, managing subcontracts, variations, progress claims, cost forecasting, RFIs and notices while building strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. This is a permanent role with clear progression and robust leadership support.
