As we continue to expand, we're opening our new Truganina office and are looking for an experienced, energetic Sales Agent who wants to be part of something exciting from day one.

What the role involves

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

- Prospecting and generating new business
- Conducting appraisals and listing presentations
- Managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
- Building long-term relationships within the local community
- Maintaining your database and following up consistently
- Working closely with our marketing and administration teams to deliver an outstanding client experience

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who already understands the industry and enjoys the challenge of growing their business.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in residential real estate sales
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence




- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
- Confidence in prospecting and building new relationships
