Haven Agents are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis. About You

You are organised, proactive, and personable, with values that align with our collaborative and client-focused culture. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential portfolio end-to-end and meet the following requirements:

- Valid driver's licence
- Current Police Check
- Agent's Representative Certificate




- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident communication skills and strong computer literacy

This fulfilling role will include the following key tasks:

- End to end property management with access to Virtual Assistant
- Preparing legal documents pertaining to residential leasing
- Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
- Compliance with the regulations as per Residential Tenancies Act
- Organise and attend Routine inspections
- Monitor Rental Arrears
- Saturday Inspections
