Recon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major construction project within Victoria's growing energy sector.

Working across large-scale energy projects in the Latrobe Valley, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative and project requirements. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about building robust relationships on site and influencing positive safety outcomes.

About You

Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety

Minimum of 5+ years experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction, civil, infrastructure or energy projects

Strong understanding of Victorian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of a project

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Current Driver Licence's and White Card

Located within reasonable travelling distance with access to a reliable means of transport
