Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.

These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production environment. The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.

About your new role:

- Production line packing and assembly work
- Packing, labelling and scanning products
- Building and making boxes for dispatch
- Palletising finished goods
- Using tape guns and basic packing equipment
- Maintaining accuracy and quality control on the line
- Following safety procedures and production standards
- General housekeeping and warehouse support duties

About you:

- Previous experience in production line or packing roles (essential)




- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting'
- Comfortable completing pre-start inductions prior to commencement
