We're looking for a switched-on, reliable all-rounder who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, warehouse operations, and administration in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours
- 8AM to 5PM
- Weekly Pay - $34.48PH

What you’ll be doing

- Answering customer calls and providing professional, friendly support
- Processing orders accurately in SAP and ensuring correct documentation
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving, checking, and receipting incoming deliveries
- Supporting warehouse operations including stock control and dock work (training provided)

What we’re looking for





- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse and manual handling work
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Reliable, accountable, and able to stay organised in a busy setting
- Confident using computers with accurate data entry skills
- A team player who is adaptable, quick to learn, and willing to get stuck in

Bonus points (not essential)

- Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or trade environments
- Background in hospitality or fast-paced customer service roles
- Exposure to stock control, receipting, or inventory systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Safety-conscious mindset or site-based training (e.g. White Card)
