Job Description

Title: Chef de Partie Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO 351311) Salary: $79,500 - $85,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Anada Bar & Restaurant Employer: The Trustee for The FGONE Family Trust Location: Fitzroy, VIC Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

- preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
- planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- assisting with the training of staff
