Site Supervisor - $25M New Build Education Project

Location: Hoppers Crossing, VIC

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation + Employee Package

An established and highly respected commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team for the delivery of a $25 million recent build education project in Hoppers Crossing.

With decades of experience delivering award-winning projects across the education, community, commercial and government sectors, this builder has built an outstanding reputation for quality, professionalism and repeat business. Their success is driven by meticulous planning, strong relationships and a genuine commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest standard.

This is a newly created position due to a strong pipeline of work, not replacing someone. The project is scheduled to commence within the next four weeks and will run for approximately 18 months, with a confirmed second stage expected to provide further continuity of work.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery, ensuring the construction programme is executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role would suit someone who has successfully delivered projects from inception through to completion, with hands-on experience managing both the structural (concrete) phase and the finishes stage of a project.

The business is known for its detailed pre-construction planning, meaning you'll be joining a project with a well-established programme and clear processes already in place. Success in this role will come from your ability to follow the programme, proactively manage trades and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities





- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of a $25M new build education project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Manage construction activities from site establishment through to handover.
- Oversee concrete works, structural stages and high-quality finishes.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme, drawings and specifications.
- Drive safety, quality and productivity across site.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
- Previous experience delivering education and community projects valued up to $25 million.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from groundworks and concrete pours through to final finishes and handover.
- Strong ability to coordinate trades and maintain programme.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.
