We are a growing Australian manufacturing business producing premium 4WD accessories.

Based in Knoxfield, our modern manufacturing facility is equipped with a contemporary spray booth, quality equipment, and a clean, well-organised workshop. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products with an exceptional finish and are looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our team.

This is an autonomous role where you will take ownership of the complete painting process, from preparation through to the finished product.

Responsibilities

Paint to a consistently high standard

Colour match and mix paints as required

Prepare Powder coated components for painting

Clean, sand, and mask parts to ensure a high-quality finish

Operate and maintain our spray booth and associated equipment

Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

Assist with other departments within the factory if required





Work closely with the production team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an automotive or industrial spray painter

Experience with colour matching and paint mixing

High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Reliable, self-motivated, and organized

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing business

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Working Hours

Working hours are 7:00AM – 4PM
Factory operates on a 9 Day Fortnight for full time staff (Closed every Second Friday)

Whilst we have advertised for a full time role it could be adapted to part time for the right candidate.
