The OpportunityJoin an established People and Culture function as an Employment and IR law specialist lawyer reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
This role will be a focus on strategic WR/IR advice, building internal capability and coaching including policy and service enhancement, manage complex investigations and dispute resolution, be the key stakeholder and foster proactive relationships with Unions and their representatives and represent the department at the Fair Work Commission.

About you
- 6+ PAE in Australian Employment Law
- Experience in providing advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters
