We are seeking two Equipment Specialist Consultants to join our team - one based at our Truganina branch andone at our Braeside branch.
You’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right mobility solutions through hands-on equipment trials,
demonstrations and personalised recommendations. You will work closely with clients, their families and their healthcare professionals (Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists) to deliver customised mobility outcomes.
You will travel across Melbourne, attending scheduled appointments in the community — including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.
This is a incredibly rewarding opportunity ideal for someone who is both compassionate and professional, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct client consultations & equipment trials with families, therapists and healthcare professionals
- Recommend & demonstrate mobility solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Prepare quotations & support clients through the decision-making process
- Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and empathy at all times
- Develop strong relationships in the community to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer-facing sales or relationship-based roles
- Mechanically minded with an interest in equipment (highly regarded)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex needs
- Ability to safely lift and demonstrate equipment
- Current driver’s licence
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
