The Mould Doctor is a trusted name in mould remediation and our technicians and inspectors run on a schedule that YOU control.

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator/Scheduler who genuinely enjoys the puzzle of a busy calendar: juggling inspections, remediation jobs, and follow-ups across multiple sites, keeping technicians moving efficiently, and making sure every customer gets a time that works for them. If you're the person your last workplace relied on to keep the wheels turning the one who always knew where everyone was supposed to be and when this role was built for you.

This isn't a "sit and answer the phone" job. You'll be the operational engine room of the business: turning enquiries into booked jobs, building efficient technician routes, and solving the daily curveballs (a job running late, a customer needing to reschedule, an urgent inspection that needs to be slotted in) before they become a problem.

What You'll Be Doing

- Rostering & scheduling — build and manage daily/weekly schedules for our inspection and remediation teams, balancing job locations, travel time, and technician availability

- Booking coordination — convert customer enquiries into confirmed appointments and keep the calendar tight and efficient

- Problem-solving on the fly — reshuffle jobs when delays,



cancellations, or urgent requests come in, without losing momentum

- Customer communication — confirm bookings, send reminders, and keep customers updated if timing shifts

- Team liaison — be the go-to point of contact for field technicians, making sure they know where they're headed and what's needed

- Admin & reporting — maintain accurate job records, technician schedules,.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, dispatch, or operations coordination (trades, field services, healthcare, or logistics backgrounds all welcome)

- Strong organisational skills — you can hold multiple moving parts in your head without dropping any

- Have attention to detail

- A calm, solutions-first approach when plans change last minute (because in field services, they will)

- Confident communicator — comfortable on the phone with customers and coordinating with a field team

- Comfortable with scheduling/rostering software
