We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring General Manager to lead Clifton Views, our Aged Care residence in Fitzroy North.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's inner north, Clifton Views is Australia's first high-rise residential aged care residence and one of Victoria's most distinctive aged care communities. This up-to-date 123-bed home provides ageing-in-place, respite, memory support, and premium care services within a vibrant and welcoming environment designed to promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

As General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a highly skilled multidisciplinary team and shape the future of care delivery in one of TLC's most iconic homes.

About the Role

As the General Manager,you will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and strategic direction of Clifton Views.

This is a highly visible leadership position that requires a balance of operational excellence, clinical governance, commercial acumen, and people leadership. You will champion resident-centred care while driving quality outcomes, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

The successful candidate will be a confident and authentic leader who inspires teams, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the residence
- Drive exceptional resident outcomes through the delivery of TLC's Model of Care
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to build a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
- Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage occupancy, admissions, customer experience, and community engagement activities
- Optimise financial performance, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, employees, health professionals, and external stakeholders
- Champion workplace health, safety, and wellbeing across the home
- Foster a positive culture that reflects TLC's values and commitment to excellence

About You

You are an experienced aged care leader with a proven track record of leading complex operations and driving outstanding service delivery.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a General Manager, Facility Manager, Site Manager, or Senior Clinical leadership role within residential aged care
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation requirements, and clinical governance frameworks
- Experience managing AN-ACC funding, occupancy, budgets, and workforce performance
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strong commitment to resident-centred care and service excellence
- Outstanding communication,

Compliance Requirements

- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
- AHPRA registration
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
