We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate M&A; practice within their Sydney office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join market-leading Corporate practice, assisting in a range of corporate and commercial matters, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include supporting clients in M&A;, private equity, and re-organisations, as well as conducting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and drafting corporate and commercial documentation.
The candidate will also support clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance.




The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
4+ PQE;
Solid background in corporate M&A; and private equity within a medium to large commercial practice;
Outstanding academics;
