An established contractor operating across the construction, demolition and hazardous materials sector is seeking a Manager to lead its Mid North Coast operations.
This is an outstanding prospect for either an experienced Manager or a Supervisor looking to take the next step into more of a leadership role.
About You
Experience in demolition, asbestos removal, construction, civil, remediation or a related industry.
Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Supervisor or Leading Hand with leadership responsibilities.
A desire to step into, or continue developing within, a senior management role.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Experience liaising with clients and preparing quotations or assisting with estimating.




Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
Strong organisational and computer skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to identify current business opportunities.
Highly Regarded
Asbestos Removal qualifications (Class A or Class B).
Demolition industry experience.
Building or construction background.
A structured handover and mentoring program will be provided, allowing you to work alongside the current manager before taking over the position.
