BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents in our residential home, helping with daily living, mobility, meals and activities in a compassionate, person-centred approach.
You will follow each resident’s Care Plan, encourage independence and participate in community activities, while meeting eligibility and screening requirements. This role contributes to the organisation’s mission of quality, compassionate care.
