You will oversee daily cleaning operations across floors, washrooms and communal areas, and manage staff rotas, holidays, and audits.
The ideal candidate has prior experience as a manager or supervisor in cleaning, robust customer service, and the ability to train staff, track performance, and work to deadlines with adaptable schedule.
