About The Opportunity

This role is about running the site — not just showing up to it.

As Roofing Supervisor / Leading Hand, you'll take full ownership of daily operations: managing your crew, keeping quality high, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every project is delivered on time and to standard.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager , your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising metal roofing crews on residential projects
- Managing site sequencing, workflow and daily operations
- Holding the standard on safety, quality and deadlines — every time
- Communicating clearly with clients, crew and management




- Troubleshooting site issues fast so nothing stalls
- Setting the benchmark for workmanship and team performance

This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the tools and leading the crew — not watching from the ground.

About You

The right person for this role will have:

- Solid experience in residential metal roofing
- Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor — or the drive to step into that role now
- White Card and a current driver's licence
- Strong working knowledge of roofing systems, flashings and installations
- The ability to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly and keep a crew moving
- Working at Heights certification or other high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
