Locum physician roles offer a unique blend of work and leisure unlike any other job. Through short-term assignments, GPs have the opportunity to travel and discover Australiawhile fulfilling various rewarding medical placements.

Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the big city, conquer the waves on Australia's stunning beaches, or venture into the vast Outback for bush treks – the possibilities are endless! Typically, placements run for at least two weeks, although shorter spells of a week or even a weekend are not uncommon in locum work. Many doctors opt for locum positions to meet periods of high demand, resulting in a wide range of placement durations.





The length of your placement also hinges on the specific type of position you're seeking. Locum specialities needed:

- General Practice and GP/VMO Emergency Medicine Anaesthetic
- Obstetrics Psychiatry Medicine

Fantastic Daily and Hourly rates depending on seniority - upto $3000 per day

All doctors MUST HAVE :

- Valid AHPRA GENERAL or SPECIALIST registration to be able to take up these locum positions.
- Ability to provide 2x referees
- Medical indemnity insurance
- Min 2 week availability for Locums
