About The Role
Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day leadership and operations of the branch
Ensuring customers receive friendly, responsive and skilled service every time
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and internal stakeholders
Providing guidance, leadership and on-the-job coaching to team members
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
Driving operational excellence and identifying prospects for continuous improvement
Supporting branch compliance and reinforcing a robust workplace health and safety culture
Working closely with the wider branch team to deliver sales, service and operational outcomes
