Paragon Medics seeks an experienced Psychiatrist to assume Unit Clinical Director duties for the Psychiatry MHICU in Sydney. This permanent full time leadership role blends high-level clinical practice with governance, service development and medical workforce leadership in a high-acuity inpatient setting.

You will guide clinical governance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and supervise both senior and junior medical staff while delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and driving
