An prospect exists for an experiencedLegal Assistantto join our Sydney office on a14-month parental leave contract, supporting three senior partners within our clients highly successfulCompetition, IP & Technology (CIPT)team.
This role offers a unique blend ofhigh-touch, traditional supportfor one partner, including complex diary management, extensive local travel coordination, document preparation, PowerPoint presentations and practice administration, alongside support for twohighly self-sufficient partnerswho require polished, reliable assistance across billing, matter support and ad-hoc tasks.
It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
About the role
Managing complex diaries, travel and logistics for a partner who values traditional, hands-on support
Providing productive, professional assistance to two self-sufficient partners
Drafting, formatting and amending documents
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and client materials




Coordinating billing cycles and monthly workflows
Managing correspondence, file organisation and general practice administration
Supporting team operations and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment
About You
You bring robust legal secretary and technical capability, but more importantly, you bringpresence,professionalism, and aclient-focused mindset.
have 3+ years' experiencedelivering high-level legal administrative support
work well under pressure and excel when trusted to operate autonomously
communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
take a positive, energetic and solutions-focused approach
have exceptional attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
you pride yourself on being able to anticipate what the Partners need before they know they need it
If you are a WHV with legal secretary experience, you need to have at least 18 months left on your visa
