We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mining Supervisor to join our growing team at Genesis Mining Services (GMS).

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will play a key role in leading safe and efficient mining activities, mentoring crews, and supporting operational performance across site.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
Minimum 5 years' experience within an open pit mining or quarrying environment, including machinery operation
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills




Intermediate proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong teams and foster positive working relationships
