This chance offers the chance to provide expert clinical leadership across inpatient and emergency services while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with the DON and NUM, you will mentor staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and promote evidence-based practice within a supportive rural healthcare environment.

Up to $125,000 per year + 12% superannuation
