The Role
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high‑volume coffee orders
Ensure every customer receives a consistently high‑quality coffee
Maintain stock levels and keep your workspace clean and organised
Set, adjust, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step‑down procedures

About You
Hold a valid Blue Card
Experienced barista with strong technical coffee skills
Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
Reliable,



hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Barista qualification required
Minimum 1 year barista experience
Robust customer service focus and a warm, engaging “barista personality”
