What you'll do

- Provide outstanding customer service that transforms first-time visitors into regular patrons.
- Utilize top-of-the-line coffee equipment, including Eversys cameos and shot masters, to craft high-quality beverages.
- Complete necessary training to ensure safe handling of food and drinks, maintaining their quality and freshness.
- Implement strategies to minimize product waste, adjusting inventory levels based on business demands.
- Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards consistently.
- Master product and service training materials to ensure adherence to brand standards.




- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to boost foot traffic, attract new customers, and enhance daily sales, fostering a loyal customer base in the neighborhood.

Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
- Availability that aligns with café needs:
- Part-Time: 24 hours per week, requiring 3 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Full-Time: 35 hours per week, requiring 4-5 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

- Preference for candidates who can work weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the UK is required.
